Every American needs to see this 24 minute speech by Dr. Ben Carson. He pulls no punches with the president sitting two seats away. He blasts Obama Care, and explains why political correctness is destroying this country. As John Adams said, “Whatever is morally wrong cannot be politically correct.” He compares America to Rome. I highly recommend his book “America the Beautiful,” and also to purchase the movie: ‘Gifted Hands” to show to your families. This country cannot be saved from the top down, it’s designed to be saved only from the bottom up – and that’s You and Me.

Updated 2/6/13The Third Amendment

Dear Patriots:

In spite of the fact that every mass shooting has occurred in “gun free” zones, SDSU on the news last night chose to make theirs a Gun Free zone. We live in a dangerous world. God is replaced by government. North Korea yesterday shared a mock “you tube” destroying NY city with nuclear arms. Iran is emboldened as well as China joining with Russia against the U.S. What is the U.S. doing? A “General” on Fox a few nights ago said we are dismantling our military might to extremely dangerous levels inviting a foreign attack.

Our government wants to disarm its citizens, and the president wants to have the right to kill American civilians who he defines as “terrorists” A terrorist could later defined as anybody who disagrees with his agenda. I spoke at a college last week to students majoring in political science. Not one student knew what the word “inalienable” rights meant. It means all our rights come from God, not government and can never be taken away. Fox News re-hired Carl Rove who has an agenda to discredit the tea party and Christian conservatives. When Obama first campaigned he complained about too many people hanging onto their Guns and Bibles. We would not be a free country without those two items. This morning on the radio they emphasized how about 180 liberals cried out to impeach President Bush over his patriot act. But there’s little resistance among our Republican leadership on anything the president does that is unconstitutional. We must be emboldened, informed, and involved. Freedom is not inherited in our bloodstream. Unless it burns in the hearts and minds of the people it is never more than one generation away from extinction.

It’s time to petition Senator Thune and Congresswoman Kristi Noem to strategize about impeaching this president who has no regard for the Constitution or Bill or Rights.

It’s time for action! Now every freedom loving American must get involved! Please get informed on Agenda 21 coming to the SD legislature.

Karl Marx in the communist manifesto said, “the theory of communists may be summed up in a single sentence: Abolition of private property.”

1996 UN Document: “Global Biodiversity Assessment” “Property rights are not absolute and unchanging, but rather a complex, dynamic and shifting relationship over space and time”

In 1976 the UN Conference on Human settlement “Report of Habitat” states: “Land, because of its unique nature and the crucial role it plays in human settlements, cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private ownership is also a principle instrument of the accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to SOCIAL INJUSTICE; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes.”

How did America’s founders view private property? “Private property must be secured or liberty cannot exist.” John Adams; “Private property and freedom are inseparable.”

When I went to Russia I asked our tour guide: “If I came here and wanted to start a business to stimulate your economy to create jobs, can I purchase any property?” they said, “No, owning property is illegal in Russia.” We have elitist central planners in Washington who want to plan our entire economy. Every state must utilize the 10th amendment to the fullest so we can preserve our liberty with ballots, not bullets.

It’s been 40 years since 7 unelected judges overturned the laws of all 50 states in Roe V Wade and Doe V Bolton legalizing the destruction of unborn babies any time throughout 9 months of pregnancy. Ideas have consequences and the consequences are the destruction of 55 million unborn children. SD has over 70,000 less children than we had 40 years ago and the #1 cause is abortion. This is the only surgery without trauma, infection or disease. You can’t be partly pregnant, partly human or partly dead. You either are or your aren’t. SD is the only state that has outlawed abortion twice in the legislature.

We are the only state that has won 4 times in the 8th circuit Federal court of appeals. The law now requires PP to inform women they are terminating the life of a separate, distinct, living human being. The law affirms that every woman has a constitutional right to her relationship with her child, and the law protects women from coerced abortion which is 64% of the women according to the task force report. Also, the law requires abortionists to inform women they have a high risk of suicide and suicide ideation following abortion, and pp is now challenging the law requiring women to go to a pregnancy care center to further affirm there is no coercion prior to an abortion. We also have a 72 hour waiting period which is the largest in the U.S.

This movie is a drama of a woman who survived an abortion. It has a powerful message on the importance of every human life. If you haven’t seen it I urge you to attend and bring some friends.

Happy New Year Patriots;

This will be a year of what Reagan called Rendezvous with destiny. Our big job is to defend the Constitution, Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights. Roosevelt said, “Do what you can, with what you’ve got, where you’re at.”

Our first action is to inform you of an important upcoming program on KCPO TV this Sunday Jan 6th. On January 23rd 1973, 7 unelected judges dismantled the laws of all 50 states that had been on the books since our nation’s founding. In Roe V Wade they legalized killing an unborn child throughout 9 months for convenience. The program on KCPO will document the effects of destroying the lives of over 55 million unborn babies. Don’t miss this important program aired on KCPO at 7:00 am; 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 pm KCPO is on cable channel 2 but you can check their website at KCPO.com.

I just returned after spending some important time with grandkids in California, but will keep you informed of upcoming events. Jan 31st, I will be speaking again at USD to the political science class. We plan on recording these events to make them available.

The issue is the performance of Christianity and capitalism against the promises of socialism. It is just as illogical to suggest abolishing capitalism because it hasn’t abolished poverty as it would be to suggest abolishing churches because the churches haven’t abolished sin. George Washington said, “The God who gave us life, gave us liberty.” The battle between good and evil is never-ending. Mother Teresa said, “You haven’t lived until you have lived for a cause much greater than yourself.”

I watched this complete Hallmark movie tonight entitled: An American Story. This story actually happened in Tennessee in 1946. It’s amazing how it parallels what kind of corruption we see today. Let’s pray to God we don’t have to fight tyranny to this extent, but this demonstrates how eternal vigilance is the price of liberty.

If you are concerned about the 2nd amendment please forward to everyone on your lists and purchase this Hallmark movie. If guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns.

Updated 12/29/12Successes of the Tea Party 2012:

Since the election I must share the words of Ronald Reagan: “As long as we remember our first principles, the future will always be ours.” “The cause goes on. It’s just one battle in a long war. And it will go on as long as we all live. Don’t give up on your ideals. Don’t compromise. Don’t turn to expediency. And for heaven’s sake don’t get cynical.” We must back off and look at life with perspective.

What has the SD Tea Party accomplished?

1. In SD we had major victories of about a dozen legislative candidates who regularly attend Tea Party meetings. These are principled legislators who understand economics, and value voter issues.
2. Two state wide candidates, Kristi Fiegen and Chris Nelson who both spoke at tea party meetings were victorious.
3. Last year we had multiple legislative coffees which legislators appreciated as they didn’t have to deal with hostile union people who demand more government money.
4. Had a rally in Tea SD which was well covered by KELO land and the Argus Leader.
5. We Brought the movie “2013” to Sioux Falls. Had to guarantee 1000 ticket sales which they reached the first day and kept here for 6 weeks. Reached about 10,000 people prior to the election. Also got shown both sides of town and was so successful other towns like Rapid City and Mitchell also showed it.
6. We brought the movie, “Atlas Shrugged” to Sioux Falls, and our good friend Chuck Poppen brought it to Dell Rapids.”
7. We hosted a conservative comedian who eats liberals for lunch. It was a good break from the usual tension we were facing in this election.
8. I spoke at USD on the principles of the Tea Party. Each political science student gave a brief speech on what they felt the ideal government should be for their generation and I got to spend the last two hours with them explaining the history of liberty and principles of good government. We had a lively discussion and every one of them wanted me back – even the ones who vehemently disagreed. I will be speaking again at USD next month to another political science class.
9. We had a re-cap of the election and heard from members on where do we go from here? Freedom is worth fighting for. Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty.

Goals:

1. Our first priority goal is to empower every legislator and Governor Daugaard to do everything possible to reject Obama Care through the health care exchange. Justice Roberts is the greatest Benedict Arnold since our country’s founding usurping his oath of office in defending the constitution of the United States. Now, it’s left to the Republican Congress, and the 30 Republican Governors to defend the cause of liberty in every way possible. We live in a bottom up system and that is how our founders built this country. It means that “We the people” are the government. We have not given our elected officials power, we have given them responsibility to defend our liberties. Whenever any government becomes destructive of these ends it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it.

All of our rights come from God, not government. If government appoints themselves God, they will destroy our liberties as sure as night follows day. Corruption in all levels of government from both parties must be exposed and that’s what the tea party is here to do. To keep you informed and involved.

I look forward to a productive 2013 for the cause of liberty.

Your assignment is to each one teach one, each one, teach ten. If each person recruits 5 people to join our movement, we can capitalize on an army of freedom-loving Americans like our forefathers.
